These announcement settings are used when you choose the "Announce at Forwarding Number(s)" option from the Voicemail and Call Flow screen, or the "Announce at Outside Number" option as one of your Auto Attendant key presses. 

The Announcement greeting is broken up in 3 parts and the default messages are listed in text on the page. The system default announcement, reads your name as it is listed in your user console's Account Settings page. If you want the announcer to read your Company name rather than your personal name, simply edit the First and Last name fields to show your Company name instead.

You can also upload your own custom announcement greetings by choosing the "Use Customized Prompt" option.  When using custom prompts, make sure to split the greetings up into 3 files to correspond to the system scripts - this will ensure that your callers are prompted to record their names in the right spot.
