We have finalized a new date and time for our recently postponed scheduled maintenance. This planned outage will upgrade our
back-end system to better support our fast-growing Line2 community.

Date: Friday, May 11, 2012
Time: 11:00 pm PST
Duration: 5 Hours

During the 5 hour outage, all Line2 services will be temporarily non-functional. This includes the Customer Portal at www.line2.com, call
forwarding, auto attendant, voicemail, SMS, and the Line2 app. All callers will be unable to reach you at your Line2 number.

We understand that many of you rely on Line2 for your personal and business needs. We want to apologize for the disruption this will cause. Line2 is
committed to providing a reliable service to our customers. This planned maintenance is designed to prevent outages in the future.

If you send an MMS from a Line2 number to a number outside of our network, your outgoing MMS will be sent as a link connecting the viewer to your image or video, hosted outside of the application.  This is due to an anti-competitive behavior policy, by which phone carriers (such as AT&T) are blocking the sending of MMS directly between companies such as Line2 and their own numbers.  Unfortunately, until the anti-competitive behavior is defeated, you will not be able to receive any MMS sent to you from outside of the Line2 network.
